Thankgiving, when life checks us out for a while... Saturday 11/18/11

Being the few days before Thanksgiving I was thinking about being thankful, what that really means and who all is involved. Is there more than self involvement, when your thankful?


Having friends, teachers, lovers, strangers, acquaintances, enemies, souls in your life, help the suffering seem less... yes even the enemy, because without the enemy you have no fight.


Well I am sitting in my living room, actually siting, standing, doing a thousand other things, and in this moment, my phone buzzes... a text from a friend. This friend, I started thinking when was the last time I just sat down with them and stared and listened and asked a thousand questions in my annoying yet, I know you secretly love all the attention manner. I have seen you, talked to you texted you repeatedly and maybe you even popped up on my facebook. But really when was the last time we just sat and stared? Today's class is for those people, the one, two or three that happened into your life for a REason, a SEason or a LIfetime.


Breath and imagination can let them all float thru your mind and heart like a dream. Today... As we begin to move and flow,  let your breath carry you away... Good things are coming, and bad if you choose to look that direction. Choose life, choose love, choose friendship and choose to know yourself.


I really think right now in our lives is about looking at all the lovely people out there, that see you, appreciate you, do not want to manipulate you, and that you in turn can look at fondly and just be present with! Thanks-Giving!! This rant is for all my loves!
