Relationship... it is the biggest worry and concern for us as humans. Our relationship with ourselves, with God, our parents, our children, our lovers, our neighbors, co-workers, the world around us, the universe, pets, animals, homes, possessions, our bodies, minds, emotions, attitudes, food, money the list of worries can go on and on but really we have a relationship with everything. And with everything we want to have a good relationship one where we are happy and peace with ourselves, yet how many of you are happy and at peace?

In the biggest game of worry many people often look out first, very rarely looking inside. The most important relationship you can have and the only set of worry you should be taking on is with the relationship you have with self... If you are not at peace with how, who and what you are then it is very unlikely you can look out and be happy and at peace with all other relationship.

Here is the big kicker, often an ending to a very intimate relationship will be a catalyst for taking a good hard look at self. It is often a time of misery, sadness, loneliness, maybe some depression. Again an intimate relationship is with anything you are involved with... and an end of, that is cause for some of the biggest learning.

Looking back this year what relationship was a catalyst for change for you? I wanted to take a few minutes in gratitude for that catalyst...

Expectation, a very special expectation I have for you in the new year, with all the impending doom and gloom I have heard so much about I am actually challenging you, that for the remainder of this year 2011 and up until next year at this time that your understanding of self improves. That you look at your role in what ever plays out for you, investigate your relationship with yourself and when you do then next year if not sooner I expect your the light in the storm, I expect that you then will become the peace and happiness this world so desperately needs. When you look out from now take the time in your heart to thank the outside for what it has created inside... namaste & blessings Merry Holiday

Thankgiving, when life checks us out for a while... Saturday 11/18/11

Being the few days before Thanksgiving I was thinking about being thankful, what that really means and who all is involved. Is there more than self involvement, when your thankful?


Having friends, teachers, lovers, strangers, acquaintances, enemies, souls in your life, help the suffering seem less... yes even the enemy, because without the enemy you have no fight.


Well I am sitting in my living room, actually siting, standing, doing a thousand other things, and in this moment, my phone buzzes... a text from a friend. This friend, I started thinking when was the last time I just sat down with them and stared and listened and asked a thousand questions in my annoying yet, I know you secretly love all the attention manner. I have seen you, talked to you texted you repeatedly and maybe you even popped up on my facebook. But really when was the last time we just sat and stared? Today's class is for those people, the one, two or three that happened into your life for a REason, a SEason or a LIfetime.


Breath and imagination can let them all float thru your mind and heart like a dream. Today... As we begin to move and flow,  let your breath carry you away... Good things are coming, and bad if you choose to look that direction. Choose life, choose love, choose friendship and choose to know yourself.


I really think right now in our lives is about looking at all the lovely people out there, that see you, appreciate you, do not want to manipulate you, and that you in turn can look at fondly and just be present with! Thanks-Giving!! This rant is for all my loves!

Stopping, turning and looking at it for who it is. And usually who it is, is... me.

As I looked around for information about running from fear...

Fear is actually a tool to help us escape danger. It is part of an evolutionary, survival mechanism. When we experience fear, our adrenal glands (located directly above our kidneys) release adrenaline into the blood stream which causes a series of biological reactions in our body.
It increases blood and oxygen flow to our muscles so we can run faster.
It restricts blood flow to other areas such as our stomach.
It dilates our pupils so we can better see things around us.

In our culture real danger is only about 1% of the fear being experienced today. The other 99% is just non-physical fear. Fear living in the head only. When your mind takes you on the fear based path... failure is often the result at the end because your ability to process information and make rational decisions is impaired.

The ability to ground and ask your heart is this real or perceived? If it is real, run like hell... if it is the opposite - well maybe move out of the way, but do not run.
This rant is for all of you too afraid to wait on the ledge... and take a leap of faith...

Laughter and Happiness... Sat. August 19,2011

Time is the best teacher, although it kills the students.

When we look closely at the brain the areas that are involved in laughter are the Limbic System. It is central, neither right nor left, they are a network of structures located beneath your cerebral cortex and these particular structures control some behaviors that are essential to motivation and emotional behavior.

The hypothalamus is a part of the Limbic System that is a major contributor to the production of loud, uncontrollable laughter.

The hypothalamus regulates important functions like blood pressure, pituitary gland regulation, hydration, metabolism, sleep cycles, testicular function and ovarian, your energy, body temperature, mood and behavior, this list goes on the hypothalamus is really the brain of the brain. It is your automatic or subconscious nervous system. This is the part of the brain that takes everything in and leaves you with a memory...

When you are out of balance in the central hemisphere it can cause a lake of motivation, depression.

Laughter and success, laughter and happiness, laughter and good old laughter spark something in each one of us that is indescribable. From a simple smile to a roaring boisterous laugh... something begins to change shields are let down, connections are made, moments experienced now. The average human laughs about 17 times a day and a healthy well taken care of child laughs about 400 times a day...

First of all what does resulting or terminating in success mean? When we are done we were success? Is that it? or do we have to complicate it with all the popularity, profit or distinction? Assume for a second that I believe success is what you believe and believe for a second that success was just the end and the end as long as you got there with authenticity, passion & you actually made it; was success.

If you fear getting to the end how will you ever succeed? And assuming the end is the end is the illusion...

Got a little behind.

New Post Same Day...

So I am in psychic class and a one of the students asks another if he is clairvoyant, which basically means clear vision. He snidely remarks "about as clairvoyant as everybody else." Then precedes to say he doesn't see. So I am laughing at this clear oxymoronic moment. I ask the guy how he imagines... by now I can tell he's not really into my line of questioning. But I ask him can you smell or taste when your imagining? He says no. But I see and feel. I then say "what's the difference?" he answers "knowing the difference" I started to say well this world is an illusion as it is "So what is the difference?" I got cut off.

But what is the difference between using your imagination and the world we supposedly don't see, feel, taste, understand or get messages from. Where do you think inspiration, creativity, forgiveness, blind faith come from? Clearly not from your imagination... clearly your imagination has nothing to do with spirit.
Or does it?

If you want to draw a line in the sand and then get angry because "you don't see" then clearly we are not on the same beach.
